I've been using Cortland for a long time, back in my fishing guide life as well as now during retirement. I find the line softer off the new spool than the others and it holds it's color really well. I haven't had a line failure yet, and I've landed some big fish while using it.
First time using your braid fishing line was a success. Fishing 8 lb test at 198 fow the line did its job. The strength was fantastic. I’ll never use other line again
