I can't get over how smooth this mono is. It is unlike anything else I've tried, even when kinked it it is not stubborn and rough at the crease. The color (pink, black, chartreuse) is also very nice and bright as a sighter section on a leader. It is too bad that I only use small sections of this material at a time, as I wish my whole leader was this kind of smooth.

The tri color does help with seeing your sighter in different lights on the river ...and it casting good too too bad they dont have tri color in 4x.

The lightest sighter material out there (that you can get without crazy shipping times and costs).

Easy to see, especially for the thin diameter.

Use it for my euro 11’ running mono (NY Tribs require 15’ max leader in fly zone). Works great.

Used as a sighter

With varying lights dancing off the water, it really does help to have two colors that will either reflect or refract light. In essence, the red will absorb more light on darker days, while the fluorescent yellow will show up on brighter days to help in any euronymphing applications you may delve into. On a different note, the smaller the diameter of your indicator mono, the more you feel and see how often subtle takes come and go.
