We run about 75 Fairplay set ups for our middle school here in the high desert of California. I go through about a case of this line a year. It holds up to a lot of casting practice before it cracks. Fishes ok, better than anything even close to it's price point. For an intro or a practice line, this one stands up.

Bought 6 7-wt fly lines for a series of kids clinics in N FL. Lines are shorter than conventional lines, maybe 65 ft. But, perfect for these clinics. And the kids caught fish — a bonus.

I fish these in areas where I beat my lines. Combat fishing. One has even been run over a few times when I had to drop it from unexpected cars or when I hook brush across a road. Cast great and take a beating.
For the money, I love this line. I use it mostly on my lighter rods hiking in the Adirondacks searching for Brook trout. It loads well, and gets the job done without breaking the bank!
