This fly line backing is awesome! I use it to hand make cast nets and it is a dream to work with strong, the knots hold like no other line I have used bar none! I haven’t used it for fishing but I couldn’t imagine anyone being disappointed with it. I would definitely recommend. You to give it a try!!

Seems like a quality backing, the 100 yard spool was plenty for my 5wt reel. I havent had a fish run me onto the backing yet but i believe this line would withstand all the fish i target with my 5wt.
