Euro Nymph Braid Core Breakdown

Our Euro Nymph Braid Core fly lines need no introduction. Our most popular nymphing lines, our Euro Nymph Braid Core lines are supple, sensitive and extremely durable.

Ideal for all euro and modern nymphing techniques, this line is easy to handle, extremely sensitive and has a low friction coefficient to keep your nymphs slinging smoothly all day long.

This line will perform at the highest level all winter and summer long due to the suppleness and durability of the braid core. Pair this line with our Euro Nymph Leader Material or build a nymph rig directly off the fly line, there are endless possibilities. This line is finished in sage green giving anglers a stealthy approach. Make your time on the water more productive with the Euro Nymph Braid Core fly lines.

SPECIES: Trout / Grayling

SHOOTING TECHNOLOGY

ST coating delivers a reduced-friction performance with a glass-smooth finish and remains a key element in line slickness over its life span.

COLD TEMPERATURE

Ideal use in 30-50 degree (F) temperatures.

WARM TEMPERATURE

Ideal use in 50 - 70 degree (F) temperatures.

Our Euro Nymph Braid Core is built for cold water environments and will perform best in temperatures between 30 and 70 degrees (F).

The answer is simple. Extreme durability paired with unmatched sensitivity make this line the ultimate tight lining work horse.

Often times, our nymphing lines get paired with monofilament extensions or sighter material so there is really no need for welded loops. The best knot connections we find from Fly Line to our Euro Nymph Leader Material are the Uni or Nail Knot.

Cleaning your fly line is very important especially when fishing saltwater. Simply pull line off your reel into a clean bucket or tub of freshwater. Put roughly 1oz or more of Cortland’s Line Cleaner solution onto a clean rag or towel. Firmly squeeze the towel with Pro Line Cleaner around the line and slowly pull line through the towel. You should be able to see dirt or discolored streaks on the towel when finished.
