The Best Tippet I ever fished with, and I've fly fished Coast to Coast !

Excellent. Landed many wild browns, grayling, and rainbows using a 10 ft. 4 wt with 5x and 6x tippet. Had a large Hucho within a foot of the net when the hook pulled out. But the 5x tippet didn’t break. Really excellent tippet material.

I had the opportunity to use this tippet in size 5X and 6X for Euro Nymphing and it is very nice and strong, much stronger than similar products from other companies.

I use 4, 5, 6x for trout throwing dries, nymph rigs, wet flies, and streamers. I've used the same piece of tippet for an entire day of fishing catching 20 + fish on a small mountain trout stream all while pulling out tree branches from the bottom or the far side, wrapped around submerged branches by fish, snags, and everything in between and didn't break or show signs of needed changed at all. I use the 3, 2, 1, 0, and 01 x for salmon and steelhead. I've landed mid-high teens pound salmon on this tippet slinging streamers on a two handed rod and handled pulling salmon like a champ. From large migrating salmon and steelhead to small and large mouth bass and down to tiny mountain stream native brookies and wild browns, it does it all.

This tippet is very strong and durable. It is very thin for its breaking strength and ties knots well.

Fish do not seem to notice when flies are tied to this tippet. Even holds up well to the occasional run in with overhead trees and nearby brush.
