BASS BREAKDOWN
WATER: Freshwater / LINE: Floating / TAPER: Weight Forward / LENGTH: 100ft / CORE: Monofilament
Targeting Bass on the fly requires capitalizing on quick opportunities and delivering large fly patterns to the upper/middle water columns.
We built this line with an aggressive head featuring a short 22ft body that is designed for both short and long range casts. This short body paired with only a 4ft front taper transfers maximum energy into your cast turning over large air resistant flies, weighted fly patterns and long leaders. The 4ft back taper helps load this line quickly with minimal false casts and makes recasting easy when the fish are on the move.
Built on a monofilament core, this line features our signature Shooting Technology that keeps your line remaining slick, supple and fast shooting all day long. The orange and white color combination distinguishes taper change and is very traceable when fishing topwater or other methods for Bass. Built a full line size heavy for loading fast action rods.
