Please note that warranty work and repairs are carried out to the utmost quality and craftsmanship. We will do our best to provide estimated cost and turn-around time prior to the product being returned, but circumstances may change once we have received the product and diagnosed the problem. These circumstances include the severity of the repair, the age of certain products, the availability of parts and the labor involved to complete your repair.

Q - What is the repair charge for my rod / reel?
A - Cortland Rod: $20.00 (includes shipping and handling)
A - Diamondback Rod: $30.00 (includes shipping and handling)
A - Cortland / STH Reel: $10.00 (includes shipping and handling)

Q - What is the normal turn-around time?
A - Cortland / Diamondback Rod: 7-10 days
A - Cortland / STH Reel: 7-10 days

Q - Can I upgrade to a lighter / heavier rod?
A - No, warranties cover the product that was purchased. In certain circumstances when parts are not longer available for your rod / reel we will contact you and offer substitute that is a comparable rod / reel.

Q - How old is my rod / reel and how much is it worth?
A - We will provide approximate ages of product to the best of our ability, but exact ages of product are sometimes hard to determine. We can not provide values of product, as there is no way to determine exact values.

Q - Can my repair be expedited for an upcoming trip?
A - Sometimes, we will try to accommodate tight timelines to the best of our ability. This depends on availability of parts for your repair and the time that it takes to perform certain repairs. You will be responsible for all additional shipping and handling charges. We are not responsible for repairs that are not returned in time.

Q - Is a parts lists available for my reel?
A - Parts lists are available for most reels.

Q - Are guide spacing charts available for Diamondback blanks?
A - Guide spacing charts are available for most rods.
